Lison expands its offering to women
Born last April, Lison is a young swimwear label for girls. At the origin of this brand, which offers cotton voile pieces designed in exclusive prints (around 49 euros), are Olivia and Alexandra Baum, two sisters aged 37 and 39 respectively.
Lison has expanded its offer to include women's swimwear.
Olivia, mother of a 10-year-old boy, cut her teeth for more than 10 years at Monoprix, where her roles included children's product manager and women's ready-to-wear group manager, before a year as Minelli (Vivarte) collection director.
Mother of five, Alexandra worked in the media before moving to Mallorca with her family. And it was precisely by settling on this Balearic island where demand for swimwear is high that Alexandra convinced her sister to launch Lison.
For its first collection last summer, Lison notably seduced the Club 55 boutique in Saint-Tropez.
The duo are also counting on international development to sell their brand. "We don't want to multiply our points of sale, but have one or two reference boutiques in each city while developing our e-commerce.
